SDA Housing Australia was founded to support the rollout of the Specialist Disability Accommodation plans of the NDIA. We will be developing accommodation based on the individual needs of NDIS participants. We can cater to a broad spectrum of requirements.
We are property development experts and are focusing on building new accommodation to suit SDA requirements. Initially we will be catering for people who have an SDA component in their NDIS plans. We are happy to partner with current NDIS providers to help their clients into new accommodation.

Anthony Keogh – Director and Founder
Former Accountant and IT Project Manager.
Since 2006 Anthony has worked full-time for KF Projects and Developments and its associated companies. His main role is site location, project management of the DA process and managing the financial and business activities.
Michael Keogh – Director and Founder
Former Real Estate Professional and Licensed Real Estate Valuator.
Michael is the owner and manager of the Cronulla Beach Backpackers Hostel which he opened in July 2000
Matt Cowdroy - Business Development Manager
Experienced Marketing and Business Development professional with more than 20 years global experience across multiple industries. Matt founded Think Productive Australia in 2014 and One Minute Matters in 2016.
